Good Habits

Do you help your children form healthy habits.  I try to.  I like to encourage them to eat healthy and exercise.  Too bad I don’t always follow my own advice…

    Chocolate is healthy 😉

  2. We are working on portion control right now – it’s summer and without Mr. T doing daily wrestling practice and walking all over campus, he can’t eat the same. It’s hard to tell your kid “no”. I try to redirect – it’s amazing how less hungry he is when his options are carrots and celery!

  3. I put banana and peanut butter in my ice cream. So fruit, protein, calcium, and chocolate for stress relief. Healthy!

  4. I preach all day about eating healthy and when they are in bed I eat chips & gummy bears!

  5. I say no to Nutella and in the evening my little one has caught me preparing Nutella sandwiches
    😉

  6. My daughter has type 1 diabetes, so setting a good example and making sure she eats healthy (and negotiating treats) is a daily struggle. Then I scarf down chocolate from my hidden stash or go for a grande mocha frappuccino when no one’s looking…we all have our coping mechanisms!

Haha, my husband is the naughty example in our house!
