Do you guys like to watch movies? I used to. My husband and I would snuggle together in front of the TV with snacks and watch movies until the late hours of the evening. Nowadays, movie night starts a lot earlier, usually stars a child actor/animal/animated character, and I usually fall asleep within the first 15 minutes.

I love movies! Half the time by the time the kids go to bed, have to convince my wife to stay up and watch. She has slept through tge end of many movies.
That sounds like me! I never make it to the end of a movie anymore!
I prefer to go to the movies when I get a chance. Then I can also get some rest!

Our family movie nights are actually pretty good because those DIsney/Pixar and Dreamworks movies are definitely made to appeal to adults too nowadays! Now, MY parents? They had to watch things like The Little Mermaid and such. Haha
But my hubby and I like watching grownup movies too! We really enjoyed the Sherlock Holmes movies as well as the newest action hero flicks (him more than me, but whatever! 😉 )
I like some of the kids movies, but I still fall asleep!
I pretty much have to be sick or pregnant to fall asleep anywhere but my bed. I’ve always been like that! My husband, however, almost instantly falls asleep on the couch. lol
The couch is really like a bed, right?
ahhh some of the good points of having gown up kids..off to the movies then dinner Mr. S – yes surely Mumsy – dressed, close the door behind us off we go not a care in the world – only if the Movie is good and we eat 🙂

Oh! my! I love movie nights, but now when we have one, my son starts screaming at us for attention and my hubby falls asleep 🙂 ha!ha! 🙂
