I used to get out on my own and exercise almost everyday. I would run or “power-walk” my way into a nice healthy sweat. Now that I have 4 kids, I am finding my workout routine is really different. Do you know how much you sweat when you child kicks a ball into the street and a car is coming??? Also, digging through a toy box to find a jump rope is no easy feat.
